The Central City Optimist Club scholarship is available to graduates in the Rock Hill School District Three Area. The judging criteria include SAT/ACT scores, GPA, Essay on "Why I Want to go to College", and ffinancial need. Through the scholarship fund, we seek to promote Optimism among our youth and provide financial assistance to some deservinggraduate who wouldn't be able to attend college otherwise.
